Manhattan with Tart Cherry Rocks

Yield: 2 cocktails
- 2 Montmorency tart cherry rocks (Montmorency tart cherry ice cubes)
- 1/2 cup rye whiskey
- 1/4 sweet vermouth
- Angostura or cherry bitters
Before getting started, chill two tumblers for at least 15 minutes in the freezer.
Pour rye and vermouth over a tall glass of ice, followed by four dashes of bitters. Stir 30 seconds, and then strain into the chilled glasses.
Finish each with Tart Cherry Rocks and enjoy immediately.
