Tart Cherry Rocks (Tart Cherry Ice Cubes)

Yield: About 16 ice cubes, depending on tray size and shape
- 1 cup Montmorency tart cherry juice
- 1 cup water
Combine Montmorency tart cherry juice and water in a small pitcher, then pour into an ice cube tray and freeze until hard, about 4 hours.
Remove ice cubes from the tray, and store in a quart sized freezer bag until needed.
