Our recipe database offers a variety of nutritious options to help you include dried and frozen cherries and cherry juice in a variety of dishes for any occasion, any time of day.

In February 2012 we partnered with KitchenPLAY to celebrate the ultimate RED month and showcase the versatility and unique flavor of tart cherries.  Six food bloggers have developed a 6-course custom menu using the different forms of cherries – dried, frozen and juice/juice concentrate. In addition to its unique flavor profile, research suggests that tart cherry juice could help ease the pain and inflammation associated with exercise and arthritis. According to research from Oregon Health & Science University presented at the American College of Sports Medicine Conference, people who drank tart cherry juice while training for a long distance run reported significantly less pain after exercise than those who didn’t.
