Tart Cherry Almond Butter Squares

Yield: 12 squares
- 1/2 cup dried Montmorency Tart Cherries
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Stir ingredients together. Press mixture into a silicone ice-cube tray and freeze for at least 1 hour, until set. Pop squares out and store in a container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
