Tart Cherry Almond Butter Squares

  • 1/2 cup dried Montmorency Tart Cherries
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup


  • Stir ingredients together. Press mixture into a silicone ice-cube tray and freeze for at least 1 hour, until set. Pop squares out and store in a container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
  • These Tart Cherry Almond Butter Squares are a no-bake snack to eat ANYTIME. Enjoy them after workouts, with coffee in the morning, as an afternoon snack, or after dinner for a lightly sweet treat. It’s like having a spoon of almond butter with jelly vibes coming from sweet & sour tart cherries.
