Tart Cherry & Mango Smoothie

  • 11/2 cups Montmorency tart cherry juice
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 3/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar or honey


Place the Montmorency tart cherry juice, frozen mango chunks, Greek yogurt and agave nectar in a heavy-duty blender. Puree until smooth.

Pour into 2 glasses. Serve.
