Cherry-Almond Smoothie

  • 1 cup Montmorency tart cherry juice, chilled
  • 1 cup almond milk, chilled
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds


In a blender, combine all of the ingredients until frothy. Pour into 4 glasses and serve.
